Pexels License Compliance

All photography used on MorningWish is provided by the Pexels API.

Under the Pexels License:

• All photos on Pexels are free to use.
• Attribution is not required but highly appreciated (we automatically add it to generated cards).
• You can modify the photos. We add custom typography and beautiful gradients before you download them.

Important Restrictions

We adhere strictly to Pexels restrictions:

• Identifiable people may not appear in a bad light or in a way that is offensive.
• We do not sell unaltered copies of a photo. All our exported greeting cards are heavily modified with overlays, gradients, and custom user messages.
• We do not imply endorsement of your product by people or brands on the imagery.

Photographer Attribution

Whenever possible, we attach a small attribution text (e.g., "Photo by [Photographer Name]") on the canvas. This gives credit to the creative artists who capture these beautiful moments. We encourage all users to respect the photographers' rights.

Image Transformations

This application acts as a design tool. It fetches background imagery and composites it with user-selected text and styled gradients to create a net-new digital asset (a greeting card). We do NOT permit the downloading of raw, unmodified images directly from our servers.
